Hi jake, welcome to the forums.

The base car is a very good solid car with decent power (250bph - turbo model). The kit is good quality but in the end it's only a kit and down to the end use's on how good he want's it to be.

It's a bit like an airfix kit.. you can glue it all together and slap some paint on it and you think it looks good, only then do you go into a model shop and see the same one hanging from the ceiling and it's out of this world !!.. well maybe its not like that.. lol but you know what I mean.

Re: Pictures of the Extreme Murcie

Re-spray and repair of every total f**cking botch job done by broadfieldz. Ensure you get someone to check out every nut and bolt on your murci if you didn't do it yourself. Mine was about a 10 mins away from totally falling apart and probably killing me not to speak of the thousands of pounds that would have been down the drain. It's worth driving now, 2 years later.

Re: Pictures of the Extreme Murcie

They completed the car but the workmanship was shoddy and the car looked good, but wasn't. Lots of suspension problems and when I found some welds about to crack that was the final straw. I had the thing dismantled and went looking for errors. Found too many to mention but it's sorted now and the toy can be enjoyed...at last..cheers

Re: Pictures of the Extreme Murcie

not really on the road yet. Last year Broadfieldz got it an MOT but god knows how as it had no lights, brakes, suspension the lot were shot. Basiically it was falling apart and an actual death trap. It's had everything done properly now by myself and my dad so it's in great condition now but got to get it through an MOT again. Got any kitcar friendly MOT contacts? Shouldn't be any probs bar think the lights aren't calibrated correctly, cos it was impossible to do so and I just set them low so as not to annoy anyone at night and they're now glued in but all functions work correctly (but no intent of driving in the dark at all) and taken the CAT off so it's marginal on the emissions. Apart from that I believe it's good but don't want to take it to someone who's going to fail it so Any suggestions guys?
